Description
The F-SAI63TC clamps onto the SAIΦ63 barrel via two M8 T-slot bolts + nuts (supplied with TC kit; bare “F-SAI63” may be bracket-only), and the foot base has two mounting holes (Φ9 mm typical) to bolt down to the machine plate. Material: bracket body = steel, zinc-plated (some sources say cast steel / stamped — Airtac F-series for SAI: stamped steel zinc-plated for 32–80, cast steel for 100); bolts = Class 12.9 or SCM. The foot allows angular adjustment (loosen bolts → rotate cylinder around axis slightly → re-tighten) — useful for alignment in field.

Key Features
- Fit: Airtac SAI-series ISO 15552 cylinder, bore Φ63 mm (also may fit older SIΦ63 — SAI is dimensional replacement of SI)
- Type: Foot bracket (F-series) — cylinder axis parallel to mounting surface
- Attachment to Cylinder: 2× M8 T-slot bolts + T-nuts (TC kit includes hardware; bare F-SAI63 may be bracket-only — verify)
- Foot Base: Stamped/zinc-plated steel, 2× mounting holes (Φ9 mm typical, M8 clearance) for machine-bolt
- Angular Adjustment: Loosen T-slot bolts → rotate cylinder for alignment → re-tighten
- Country of Origin: China / Taiwan (Airtac International Group — 亚德客)
Technical Specifications (F-SAI63TC — Foot Bracket for SAIΦ63)
Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
Model / Order Code | F-SAI63TC (Airtac F-series foot bracket, T-slot nut kit variant) |
Applicable Cylinder | Airtac SAI-series, bore Φ63 mm (ISO 15552 aluminum body) |
Also Fits | Older Airtac SIΦ63 (dimensional compatible — SAI replaced SI) |
Mount Type | Foot bracket (Foot ) — cylinder axis ∥ to mounting plane |
Bracket Body Material | Steel, stamp + zinc-plated (corrosion resistant; for Φ63 size Airtac uses stamped zinc-plated, Φ100 uses cast) |
Attaching Bolts (to cylinder) | 2× M8 × L (T-slot bolts + T-nuts — TC suffix = kit includes; “F-SAI63” bare may be bracket-only) |
Foot Mounting Holes | 2× holes, Φ9 mm (clearance for M8 metric bolt) — hole spacing per Airtac dwg for SAI63 foot |
Approx. Dimensions (L×W×H) | ~ 95 mm × 45 mm × 30 mm (est. for Φ63 foot — verify with Airtac dimensional sheet F-SAI63) |
Weight | ~ 0.25 kg (est.) |
Angular Adjustment | Yes — T-slot bolts allow rotation around cylinder axis for alignment |
Max. Load Note | Foot bracket load limit depends on SAI63 thrust + moment on foot bolts — Airtac recommends torque M8 to ~20–25 N·m (check Airtac mount torque table) |
Operating Temp. | -20 … +80 °C (zinc-plated steel — same as SAI cylinder range) |
Standards | Matches SAI cylinder ISO 15552 / VDMA 24562 |
Country of Origin | China / Taiwan (Airtac International) |
⚠️ Installation Tip: When mounting F-SAI63TC:
Slide T-nuts into SAI63 barrel T-slot (two slots 180° apart). Place foot bracket over nuts, thread M8 bolts hand-tight. Bolt foot base to machine plate (M8 grade 8.8 suggested). Align cylinder stroke direction → torque M8 foot-to-cyl to 20–25 N·m (Airtac rec — over-torque strips T-slot!). Torque machine bolts last.If TC = “kit”, hardware included; if bare “F-SAI63”, you need M8 T-slot nuts + bolts separately (Airtac p/n: T-NUT-SAI63 or generic M8 T-slot nut for ISO 15552 slot 8mm).
Warranty & After-Sales
- Factory new units: 12 months warranty
- Refurbished units: 3-6 months warranty (fit-check on SAI63 barrel + thread check)
- Technical support for:
- SAI mount type confirmation (F=foot / LA=front flange / LB=rear trunnion / CA=single clevis / CB=double — your “F-SAI63TC” = foot, confirm drawing)
- Bore size check (SAI32/40/50/63/80/100 — F-SAI63TC is Φ63 only; other bores have their own F-SAIxxTC)
- TC vs bare distinction (TC = includes T-slot nuts+bolts; bare F-SAI63 = bracket-only — verify at order if you need hardware)
- Mount torque recommendation (M8 to cyl: ~20–25 N·m; M8 to machine: per application)
- Cross to SMC/CKD ISO 15552 foot brackets (if migrating from Airtac to SMC: SMC foot for MB63 = “F-MB63” — dimensional similar ISO 15552 but bolt spacing may differ — not drop-in, re-drill foot holes)
- Optional: Other SAI63 mounts (LA63 front flange, LB63 rear trunnion, CA63/CB63 clevis), SAI63 cylinder itself (if you need the cylinder too: SAI63×20S / SAI63×50S etc. — stroke custom), T-slot nut kits
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 3-5 working days (stock NOS)
- Express shipping available upon request
Why Choose Our Store
- Genuine Airtac mounting accessories — not aftermarket (foot bracket bolt torque & T-slot fit critical — generics strip SAI barrel T-slot)
- Global supply network with competitive pricing on Airtac SAI cylinders + full mount accessory set (F/LA/LB/CA/CB)
- Expertise in Airtac SAI ISO 15552 system (bore 32–100, mount selection, foot torque, TC kit vs bare)
- Comprehensive technical documentation (F-SAI63TC dimensional dwg, T-slot bolt torque table, SAI mount type comparison)
- Responsive customer service and support
Applications
- Foot-Mount Cylinder Installations: Where cylinder axis must be parallel to mounting surface — e.g., overhead push-down (cylinder hanging from top plate via foot), side-mount on machine frame (cylinder “laying” on foot, rod pushing horizontally). F-SAI63TC clamps SAIΦ63 barrel, foot bolts to frame.
- Packaging / Labeling / Conveyor OEM: SAI63 (Φ63 ~ 2500 N thrust @6 bar) is common for medium clamp/push — foot mount lets OEM designer bolt cylinder to aluminum extrusion frame or machine plate without welding/custom bracket.
- Retrofit Older SIΦ63: SAI replaced SI — F-SAI63TC fits both (ISO 15552 dimensional standard — T-slot position same as SI). Old SI63 foot worn? → F-SAI63TC drop-in.
- Alignment-Critical Actuators: Foot mount allows angular tweak (loosen T-slot bolts → rotate cylinder a few degrees → re-tighten) — useful when rod-coupled to a mechanism that needs slight aim adjustment after install (vs flange mount which is fixed).
