Description
The Siemens SIMOTICS S-1FL6 (1FL6052 series) is a permanently excited synchronous servo motor for use with SINAMICS V90 servo drives (PTI Pulse/Dir or PN PROFINET). The listed models cover the 0.75 kW (750 W), 3000 rpm, ~2.39 Nm frame:
- 1FL6052-2AF21-2AA1 / 2AB1 → 0.75 kW, no brake (differ in shaft/connector detail per configurator — both brakeless)
- 1FL6052-2AF21-2AG1 → 0.75 kW, with electromagnetic holding brake (24 V DC)
- 1FL6052-2AF21-2AH1 → 0.75 kW, no brake (alternative stock suffix)
All feature a 20-bit absolute encoder + multiturn (Value Encoder) — position retained through power cycle, no homing run needed when used with V90. The motor is fed from the V90 drive; small frames (≤ 0.75 kW V90 PN/PTI) accept 1× 230 V AC single-phase input; larger V90 (≥ 1.5 kW) take 3× 400 V AC.
