The Siemens 3VA1 40A Circuit Breaker (3VA1140-4EE46-0AA0) is a high-performance molded case circuit breaker designed for industrial power distribution and protection. In IEC frame size 160 with breaking capacity class S, it provides an ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu) of 36kA at 415V. This 4-pole circuit breaker features advanced thermal-magnetic protection with adjustable settings: overload protection (Ir) adjustable from 28A to 40A, and short-circuit protection (Ii) set at 10x the rated current. Equipped with a line protection TM220 release unit, it ensures precise protection coordination. Note:​ The neutral (N) conductor is unprotected in this configuration, and the device includes standard terminal connections for reliable installation.
