All new and refurbished products carry a 12-month KaiRock warranty from the delivery date. Used products are covered for 6 months. You’re also protected against shipping damage or incorrect items—just report any non-compliance within 1 months of delivery.
How to Claim:

After we assess your case, we’ll repair or replace any non-functioning or non-compliant item at no extra cost.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty is void if products have been tampered with, used with incorrect voltage, fitted with non-genuine parts, misused, repaired by unqualified personnel, or damaged by natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, vandalism, etc.). Only the malfunctioning item may be returned—and must be pre-authorized by KaiRock—under these terms.
