Description
The SMC MXS-BT□ (e.g., MXS-BT12) is a retraction-end shock absorber / cushion kit designed exclusively for SMC MXS series air slide tables (twin-rod cylinders with linear guide). It installs at the retraction (home/back) endof the stroke to dampen impact energy when the carriage returns to its home position, reducing noise, vibration, and mechanical wear on the end-plate and guide bearings.
The MXS-BT series absorbers are not universal bumpers — they are sized to match the specific MXS bore size:
