Description
The Siemens SCALANCE XC108 (6GK5108-0BA00-2AC2) is a compact, unmanaged Industrial Ethernet (IE) switch designed for simple network extension in harsh industrial environments. With 8 x 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports, it provides plug-and-play connectivity for PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, and standard TCP/IP devices. The rugged metal housing, wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +70°C), and DIN rail mounting make it ideal for factory floor, process automation, and infrastructure applications where no network management is required. Also available in managed variants 6GK5108-2BB00-2AB2 (Layer 2 Managed) and 6GK5108-2BD00-2AB2 (Layer 2 Managed with Redundancy).
