Warranty & Terms

Our warranty does not cover products that are physically damaged or used outside normal conditions.

All new and refurbished products include a 12-month KaiRock warranty from the delivery date.

Used products include 6 months coverage.

Returns

Returned items must be in the same condition as sent, with the warranty label intact.

You’re covered for shipping damage or wrong items—please report within 1 month of delivery.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, or EMS.

We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses.

Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for local customs taxes and duties.

After we assess your case, we’ll repair or replace any non-functioning or non-compliant item at no extra cost.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty is void if products have been tampered with, used with incorrect voltage, fitted with non-genuine parts, misused, repaired by unqualified personnel, or damaged by natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, vandalism, etc.). Only the malfunctioning item may be returned—and must be pre-authorized by KaiRock—under these terms.
